Joe Dirt Excavation is a locally owned and operated excavation and site-development company based in the Annapolis Valley, proudly serving communities across Mainland Nova Scotia. Built on hard work, reliability, and straight-up honesty, we specialize in residential and commercial projects of all sizes — from small property improvements to full-scale land development.

Owner and project lead Joe Garber holds a Diploma in Geomatics Engineering Technology and brings over 20 years of construction surveying experience to every project. This strong surveying background, combined with modern precision tools and machine-control technology, allows us to work with tighter tolerances, improved accuracy, and greater efficiency than traditional excavation methods — setting Joe Dirt Excavation apart in both quality and consistency.
